Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Roseville Care Center | Roseville, CA Starting at $40 DOE Make a Difference Every Shift. Join a Team That Puts Residents First. Roseville Care Center is looking for compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our nursing team. If you're passionate about providing exceptional care, leading CNAs, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents, we'd love to meet you! Whether you're an experienced LVN or looking for your next opportunity in skilled nursing, you'll be supported by an experienced leadership team that values teamwork, compassion, and clinical excellence. What You'll Do As an LVN, you'll provide direct nursing care while supervising Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure the highest quality of resident care.
Responsibilities include:
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Assess residents and report changes in condition
- Supervise, mentor, and support CNAs during your shift
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in PCC and resident medical records
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Monitor infection prevention and resident safety practices
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Foster a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment Qualifications
- Current, active, and unencumbered California LVN license
- Graduate of an accredited LVN program
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- PCC (PointClickCare) experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work collaboratively
