Job Description
Pacific Coast Post Acute is seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team for PM (Evening) and NOC (Overnight) shifts. We are committed to excellence, career growth, and fostering a fun, supportive environment for our staff and residents. New Graduates are Welcome!

Partner with the Administrator and DON to meet daily staffing and PPD goals.Communication:
Maintain a professional and calm disposition with residents, families, and staff.Scheduling:
Review and maintain daily staffing schedules to ensure consistent quality of care.Training:
Develop goals for in-service trainings and maintain accurate records and reports.Compliance:
Attend committee meetings and ensure all services meet facility and state requirements.Requirements Licensure:
Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.Certification:
Valid BLS/CPR certification.Qualities:
