Pay:
$26.00•$32.00 per hour Cambay Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a permanent Point of Care Laboratory position with one of our trusted healthcare partners in San Leandro, CA . This role is ideal for LVNs with laboratory or phlebotomy experience who are looking for a stable weekday schedule and excellent benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform CLIA-waived laboratory testing in a mobile/remote setting. Collect blood specimens through venipuncture and capillary collection. Process specimens and enter patient demographics and test orders. Monitor quality control and maintain accurate laboratory documentation. Report test results and escalate abnormal findings when necessary. Perform instrument maintenance and basic troubleshooting. Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies. Drive to the San Leandro hub each shift to pick up and return the company vehicle.
Requirements:
Active California LVN License (Required) California testing personnel qualification for waived testing Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Laboratory workflow knowledge Previous phlebotomy and laboratory experience preferred
COVID-19
vaccination or approved exemption
Please Note:
No Phlebotomists. Only LVNs, MLTs, or CLSs are eligible. Must report to San Leandro, CA each shift to pick up and return the mobile lab vehicle.
