What You'll Be Doing As our weekend LVN, you'll provide hands-on nursing care and clinical support primarily to our Assisted Living residents, while also supporting our Independent Living residents as needed. You'll be the nurse leading our weekend team, overseeing caregivers and helping ensure resident care, staffing, communication, and day-to-day operations run smoothly. You'll also: Administer medications and treatments and monitor resident conditions. Identify and communicate changes in resident needs and follow up appropriately. Support care planning, documentation, and electronic medical records. Respond to emergencies and provide hands-on support when needed. Provide guidance and direction to caregivers, ensuring quality care and follow-through. Promote resident safety, independence, and overall well-being.
