Full-Time LVN Marin Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team full-time! If you're passionate about providing high-quality care and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.
Position Details:
Full-Time Pay Range:
$40-$60/hour (based on experience)
What You'll Do:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
