LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse Marin Post Acute | Full-Time | Starting at $40/hour Marin Post Acute is hiring compassionate, dependable LVNs to join our skilled nursing team! If you're a licensed vocational nurse who takes pride in quality resident care and strong teamwork, we'd love to have you on board. What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs on your shift Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Chart resident conditions, care provided, and responses accurately Transcribe physician orders and maintain up-to-date resident records Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the supervising nurse/physician Perform treatments such as wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and vital signs Ensure care plans are followed and updated as resident needs change Support new admissions, transfers, and discharges Maintain infection control, safety, and sanitation standards Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team (nursing, dietary, activities, etc.) Participate in in-service training and continuing education What We're Looking For Active, unencumbered LVN license in California Current CPR certification Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) a plus Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Why Join Marin Post Acute?
