• Position Overview
• The
• 1:1 School LPN/LVN
• is responsible for identifying and addressing health concerns in students within the school setting.

This role includes promoting wellness, providing health-related support, monitoring the student's physical condition throughout the school day, and assisting with medically necessary care. The School LPN/LVN works closely with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to help ensure student safety and success in the educational environment.

• Requirements
