Job Description

Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team for the Full-Time AM Shift.

Status:
Full-Time Shift:
AM Shift (Typically 6:30 AM•3:00 PM or 7:00 AM•3:30 PM)
Location:
Sunnyvale Post Acute Pay Rate:
$38.00•$42.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments accurately according to care plans. Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition to the RN or physician. Manage resident admissions, discharges, and daily charting electronically. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality daily care. Provide compassionate bedside care and support to residents and their families. Maintain strict infection control and safety standards within the facility.
Qualifications License:
Current, unencumbered California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
Certifications:
Valid BLS/CPR certification.
Experience:
Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
Skills:
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and electronic charting skills.
