Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Full-Time (AM Shift) Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team. We offer a stable morning schedule, competitive pay, and a supportive environment focused on excellent patient care.
Compensation & Benefits Wage Range :
$42.00 - $47.00 per hour (depending on experience).

Core Responsibilities Direct Care :
Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.
Monitoring :
Observe resident conditions and report vital changes.
Documentation :
Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records.
Supervision :
Guide and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Communication :
Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and families.
Qualifications License :
Active, unrestricted California LVN license.
Certification :
Current
BLS / CPR
certification.
Experience :
Post-acute, rehab, or long-term care experience preferred.
Skills :
