Sat to wed 1:45pm to 10:15 pm 28 weeks Pay rate : $55/hr -$65/hr Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols, including IV infusions and catheter care. Assist with diagnostic evaluations such as specimen collection, laboratory processing, and medical imaging procedures. Provide specialized care for patients with complex needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or those requiring hospice or palliative care. Manage acute pain and airway issues, utilizing skills in ventilator management and emergency response protocols like CPR and first aid. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and long-term care regulations to ensure seamless patient transitions. Document all patient interactions meticulously while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA policies and clinical confidentiality standards. #1001
