Job Description

Category Schools - LPN Nurse Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding summer contract opportunity making a direct impact on a student's educational journey. We are seeking an experienced LVN to provide dedicated homebound care and support for a middle school-aged student during summer school. This half-day, Monday through Friday position begins as soon as possible and runs through July.
Ideal candidates will possess:
Current and unrestricted LVN/LPN license in California Previous experience supporting student health needs, preferably within a school setting Strong communication and documentation skills Compassionate approach and commitment to pediatric care Ability to work independently and adapt to a home environment Your daily responsibilities will include: Delivering routine nursing services for a homebound student, ensuring all health and safety needs are met Monitoring and documenting the student's status and any care provided Collaborating with the student's family and education team regarding care plans and adjustments Administering medications and following individualized healthcare plans Acting as a reliable resource and support for the student during summer instruction This summer assignment offers a unique opportunity for nurses who want to make a difference in a young student's school experience—right at home.
