Duties Assess patient health status through detailed observations and documentation of vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories Administer medications, injections, and treatments accurately according to physician orders and established protocols Monitor patient responses to treatments and communicate any changes or concerns promptly to the healthcare team Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures to promote well-being and dignity Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care instructions Maintain meticulous records of nursing care activities, medication administration, and patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards Support the coordination of care by collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans Skills Bilingual English /Spanish Valid state licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or equivalent certification Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and safety protocols Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with team members Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities efficiently Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful, patient-centered care Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate documentation Basic life support (BLS) certification is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain if required Join us in delivering exceptional nursing care that empowers patients on their health journeys.
