Clinical Care:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.Assessment & Monitoring:
Observe and document changes in resident conditions, reporting promptly to the RN Supervisor or Physician.Care Planning:
Participate in the development and implementation of individualized resident care plans.Leadership:
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure all resident needs are met with dignity and respect.Communication:
Act as a bridge between residents, families, and the medical team to ensure clear and compassionate communication regarding care.Compliance:
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure all nursing practices meet state and federal regulatory standards.Qualifications:
Licensure:
Must possess a current, valid California LVN License .Certification:
Current BLS/CPR certification.Experience:
Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is preferred, but we welcome motivated new graduates!Skills:
