- Every other Saturday, Every Sunday 6a-6p, Wednesday & Thursday 2p-10p and Every Friday 6p-6a
Location:
Boulder, CO Pay:
$35.00- 45.
Job Title Goes Here:
Active LPN License Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations, especially related to long-term care. Proven experience in staff development, performance management, and team leadership. Strong skills in clinical oversight, quality assurance, and patient safety practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, administrators, and regulatory agencies.Experience:
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to working with elderly and vulnerable populations. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Demonstrated experience overseeing nursing operations in a long-term nursing care facility. Proven leadership in managing and mentoring nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care.
