The Role We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide PRN care for an extended care patient with trach, vent, and G-tube needs. You will be working in the patient's home, ensuring their safety, comfort, and medical stability as needed. What You'll Be Doing Delivering specialized care for a patient with trach, vent, and G-tube Monitoring the patient's respiratory and nutritional health during your shifts Administering medications and tube feedings Performing routine assessments, interventions, and adjustments as necessary Communicating with the care team and maintaining accurate patient records Developing strong, supportive relationships with the patient and their family What Makes You a Great Fit Current Colorado LPN or RN license Experience with trach, vent, and G-tube care preferred Current BLS/CPR certification Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently in a home care setting A compassionate , patient-focused approach to nursing What's In It For You?
