ASAP Requirements Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an ADON in an LTC/SNF setting Active RN or LPN license ; RN preferred BLS certification Must be comfortable working the floor/covering clinical shifts when needed Must have schedule flexibility , including willingness to provide floor coverage when needed, with current coverage needs primarily on weekends Day shift: 5x8s, 40 hours/week Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills required
