36 Hours/Week Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment at Gunnison Valley Health•Senior Care Center in Gunnison, Colorado. The LPN will assist in supervising and delivering high-quality nursing care while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents. Assist in supervising daily nursing activities during assigned shifts. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams. Maintain accurate documentation using PointClickCare EMR. Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Support rehabilitative and restorative nursing care. Requirements Active Colorado LPN License (required) Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable healthcare setting Current

BLS/BCLS

Certification IV Certification preferred Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) preferred Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check required Must have reliable transportation, as public transportation is not available in Gunnison Assignment Details 13-week contract Night shifts (6:00 PM•6:00 AM) 36 guaranteed hours per week Holiday coverage required Overtime available after 40 hours per week No on-call responsibilities No 1099 contractors Why Apply?
