Pay Rate :
$45-52/hr Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care according to individual patient/resident care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient/resident conditions
  • Assist with wound care, treatments, and coordination of nursing tasks
  • Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, families, and facility staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility, state, and federal guidelines
  • Promote a safe and high-quality care environment Requirements
  • Active LPN license in CO/Compact License
  • Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (LTC/SNF preferred)
  • Must be reliable, professional, and able to work consistently
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills #HC1
