We are seeking a qualified LPN to join our healthcare team dedicated to providing quality patient care. As part of the interdisciplinary team, the LPN will deliver nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and report changes. They will also assign duties and supervise CNAs to ensure optimal patient well-being. Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program, active licensure in the applicable state, and CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation). Preferred candidates will have at least one year of skilled nursing experience. The role requires independent decision-making, competent care delivery, and excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
