  • Engagement We're looking for a caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents every day.
What You'll Do Deliver compassionate, resident-focused nursing care. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Observe residents, report changes in condition, and communicate with the RN and providers. Complete accurate clinical documentation. Assist with care planning and resident education. Support and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants. Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes. Uphold all state, federal, and facility standards. Demonstrate the CARE values through every resident and coworker interaction. Qualifications Active Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Strong organizational and communication skills. Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented. Long-term care experience preferred but not required. Commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
