We are looking for compassionate, dependable LPNs who want to be part of a close-knit nursing team and provide exceptional care to older adults in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. We are currently seeking LPNs specifically for our 3 PM-11 PM evening shift , with Part-Time and Per Diem opportunities available. Why The Greens? What You'll Do Provide compassionate nursing care and oversight to our residents Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and members of the interdisciplinary team Provide leadership and guidance to CNAs Respond to resident needs and clinical concerns Help create a supportive, respectful and team-oriented environment Work collaboratively with fellow nurses and nursing leadership to ensure excellent resident care Qualifications Active Connecticut LPN license Current BLS/CPR certification Knowledge of geriatric care Senior living, assisted living, memory care or long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and clinical judgment Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude We're Looking for
