Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to temporarily join our team. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing services to residents, administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident health status, communicating with healthcare providers, maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with care planning, and ensuring compliance with all applicable state regulations and facility policies. Experience Valid LPN licensure with current state licensing requirements fulfilled. Proven experience working in Assisted Living Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Experience working with individuals with behavioral issues/ mental health
