Job Type:

Full-time/Part-time positions available in Enfield, CT and Longmeadow, MA. Full-time is 4 ten hour days. Part-time is 3 ten hour days. As a Pediatric LPN, you will play a vital role in our daily clinic flow and patient experience.

Your day-to-day will include:

Patient Intake & Vitals:

Greeting families, prepping exam rooms, and measuring heights, weights, and vital signs.

Clinical Support:

Administering routinely scheduled pediatric immunizations, injections, and ordered medications.

Screening & Testing:

Conducting basic point-of-care laboratory tests e.g., molecular strep, flu ,vision and hearing checks.

Triage & Communication:

Managing patient phone calls, answering parent questions, and providing clear, educational guidance on after-care routines and health management.

Documentation:

Charting accurately within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Athenahealth.

Team Collaboration:

Working alongside our pediatricians and your colleagues to deliver seamless care. What We're Looking For (Requirements)

Licensure:

Connecticut and/or Massachusetts LPN license.

Experience:

Pediatric nursing experience is preferred, but we love a great attitude! New graduates with a passion for pediatrics are highly encouraged to apply.

Skills:

Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a gentle, patient approach to managing anxious children (and parents!).
