09/12/2026 Job Description Job Description Hiring for a Clinic LPN in an outpatient setting in Guilford, CT. Pay range based on years of LPN experience: 1-4 years ranges from $25-30/hr 5-10 years ranges from $30-35/hr 10 years+ ranges from $35-40/hr

Key Experience:

Some outpatient/ambulatory experience strongly preferred Comfortable / adaptable to work multiple specialties EPIC experience strongly preferred

Schedule:

Mon - Fri; 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Requirements:

At least 1+ year outpatient / ambulatory exp preferred State of CT Active LPN license

EPIC EMR

preferred This role requires someone capable of adapting quickly, maintaining professionalism under pressure, and supporting smooth clinical operations. As well as being highly reliable and responsible with a strong record of consistent, on time attendance.
