Difference Every Day:
Pediatric Private Duty RN/LPN•New Haven, CT Home Health Professionals Network (HHPN) is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Private Duty Nursing Division. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful one-on-one skilled nursing care to a pediatric client in the comfort of their home while supporting the child's safety, comfort, and quality of life.
Position Details:
Location:
New Haven, CT Monday-Sunday:
11:00 PM-7:00 AM Seven-day availability preferred Part-time, per diem, and contract opportunities In-person position
Client Care Needs:
Pediatric client Requires total care and nutritional support
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home Follow the physician's orders and individualized plan of care Assist with total-care needs, mobility, hygiene, and nutrition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor the client's condition and report changes promptly Communicate with the family and HHPN clinical team Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide compassionate, patient-centered care within the nurse's scope of practice
Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted Connecticut RN or LPN license Current CPR/BLS certification Private duty nursing or home health experience required Pediatric experience preferred Reliable transportation to New Haven, CT Dependable, compassionate, professional, and able to work independently Bring your nursing skills, compassion, and heart to a case where your care can truly make a difference every day.
Pay:
$28.00•$40.00 per hour
