Job Description

Orthopedic Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. The LPN will play an integral role in providing high-quality patient care within our orthopedic practice. This position is business hours, Monday - Friday. NO Evenings or Weekends!
Responsibilities:
Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care. Telephone triage. Administer treatments as prescribed by the physician. Assist in the preparation of patients for exams and procedures. Take and record patient vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information. Provide patient education and instruction on proper care and maintenance of orthopedic injuries and conditions. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure proper equipment maintenance and sterilization.
Qualifications:
Current LPN licensure in the state of Connecticut CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with ease. Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) and medical terminology. Basic computer skills. This is a full-time floating position with hours Monday through Friday 8am-5pm and rotating early arrival and late-night assignments.
