Job Description

Help Us Build a Better Kind of Healthcare GameDay Men's Health is looking for an exceptional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing Connecticut clinical team in Westport and Stamford. We are looking for more than someone who can draw blood, give injections and maintain a chart. We want a nurse who is excited about working alongside a team to help patients get healthier, feel better and achieve meaningful improvements in their quality of life. Our approach is proactive, highly personalized and outcomes-driven. Rather than simply treating illness, our team works with patients to improve energy, body composition, sexual health, metabolic health, performance and overall well-being. If you became a nurse because you wanted to make a tangible difference in how people feel, this may be the environment you have been looking for. A Different Kind of Clinical Environment GameDay Men's Health is one of the fastest-growing men's health brands in North America, with more than 400 clinics across the U.S. and Canada. Our clinics don't feel like traditional medical offices. They're modern, energetic and built around creating an exceptional patient experience. More importantly, our clinical philosophy is centered around therapeutic excellence. Our providers and clinical staff work together to evaluate patients, understand their goals, follow their progress and continually improve their treatment plans. Our services include testosterone replacement therapy, peptide therapies, medical weight management, erectile health, vitamin and nutrient therapies and other emerging areas of preventative and performance medicine. Medicine is constantly evolving and we want people who are excited to evolve with it. Your Role on the Team As an LPN, you'll be an important member of a collaborative clinical team working toward one goal: better patient outcomes. You'll get to know our patients, understand why they came to us and help our providers deliver an outstanding standard of care throughout their treatment journey. This is a hands-on clinical position, but personality matters. We want someone who enjoys talking with patients, building relationships and being part of their successes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing phlebotomy and therapeutic blood draws Administering testosterone, vitamin and peptide injections Conducting shockwave therapy for erectile health and musculoskeletal applications Recording vitals and maintaining accurate patient records in our EMR Managing laboratory documentation, results and chart completion Assisting medical providers with patient evaluations and ongoing care Helping monitor patient progress and supporting treatment-plan follow-through Educating patients on therapies, protocols and next steps as directed by our medical providers Creating a warm, professional and highly personalized patient experience Supporting scheduling, patient communication and day-to-day clinic operations Working collaboratively with providers and teammates to continuously improve how we care for patients Who We're Looking For You must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Medical Assistants are not being considered for this position. The right person will also be: Experienced and confident with phlebotomy and injections Naturally personable and comfortable building relationships with patients Curious about medicine and interested in learning new therapies and treatment approaches Passionate about health, wellness, longevity and helping people feel their best Comfortable working collaboratively under the supervision of licensed medical providers Organized, reliable and detail-oriented Able to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial clinical environment Motivated by results and genuinely interested in seeing patients improve Experience in men's health, urology, endocrinology, family medicine, wellness, functional medicine or a medspa environment is helpful, but the right attitude, clinical ability and willingness to learn are just as important. Why You'll Love Working Here This isn't a traditional nursing environment. There are no overnight shifts and no hospital floors. Instead, you'll work daytime hours in a modern clinic where you have the opportunity to actually know your patients and watch their progress over time. You'll work alongside providers and teammates who are interested in the same thing you are: finding the best therapeutic approach for each patient and delivering exceptional care. You'll also have access to a growing clinical network that shares best practices, education and emerging approaches in men's health and wellness. And as our clinics grow, we want our team to participate in that success. Pay $32-$36/hour . We are ideally looking for someone looking to work Wednesdays only, 9a-6pm, but are open to additional days. Let's talk.
