Come Join Our Team!! New London Rehabilitation and Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced full time (32-40 hours) LPN Charge Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, while also overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department. Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care by assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the nursing department, including managing medication administration, treatment plans Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individual care plans
Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in the state of Connecticut Experience as an LPN, preferably in a long-term care setting Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment Why Work Here /
