Maintains an accurate electronic health record, communicates effectively with the healthcare team, and educates patients and their families on care plans. Adheres to healthcare regulations and protocols to ensure a safe and effective care environment. Completes ongoing patient assessments, administers/educates medications, monitors vital signs, and assists with daily activities or other patient care tasks as assigned, to promote optimal health outcomes. Working alongside compassionate RNs, you'll play a pivotal role in assessing, planning, and delivering personalized care that promotes safety, healing and comfort for all residents. Salary Range:
Minimum 43.50/hour - Maximum 43.50/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
