- Government Healthcare Support (Washington, DC) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Overtime | Long-Term Federal Contract Position Overview We are is seeking two qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support a federal healthcare laboratory program in Washington, DC.
- 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch) No overtime Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties Perform DNA collection using buccal swab kits in accordance with federal protocols Administer Mantoux Tuberculin Skin Tests (TST) Read and document TB test results within required 48-72-hour window Maintain proper chain of custody for all specimens Secure and prepare samples for end-of-day shipment Documentation & Compliance Record all activity in electronic tracking systems Maintain daily logs of testing performed Document no-shows and refusals Maintain inventory of collection kits and supplies Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and confidentiality standards Reporting & Administrative Support Assist with preparation of monthly activity reports Report operational issues, incidents, or safety concerns immediately Minimum Qualifications Active, current, unrestricted LPN license (DC or any U.
