at State of Delaware in Georgetown, Delaware, United States Job Description The incumbent provides nursing services including, but not limited to, direct nursing care, follow up assessments, implementing nursing care plans, and coordination of health care services for the residents. The incumbent will clinically supervise and evaluate the care and treatment provided to the residents by the certified nursing assistants and assists CNAs in care and treatments. In addition, the incumbent will have regular contact with residents, families, nursing staff, physicians, dietary, pharmacy, administration, and other ancillary departments of the facility.
