Job Description

NorthBay Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one home-based care in Hillsborough, Polk and Pasco counties. Position Details Role:
1:1 Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN)•Night, Day and weekend shifts
Shift:
Seeking 10 and 12•hour shifts
Auburndale:
weekend night shift available Your Responsibilities Provide skilled, individualized care in a 1:1 setting Monitor health and follow physician-directed care plans Administer medications, treatments, and procedures Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers Document care accurately and report timely updates Qualifications Active RN or LPN license (Florida or compact/multi-state) 1+ year of nursing experience (home health preferred) Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Excellent communication and patient care skills Preferred Experience Pediatric nursing G-tube, trach, or ventilator care Required Credentials (at application) Active professional license Driver's license & Social Security card Current CPR (AHA or ARC only) Physical exam (within 6 months) TB test (within 12 months)
Compensation LPN:
$25•$30/hour
RN:
