Responsibilities include:
Providing direct patient care to pediatric patients, including those with trach/vent needs. Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes. Utilizing electronic documentation tools in patient homes. Supporting patients and families with compassionate homecare.
Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; compact licenses require transfer within 90 days. Current CPR certification with hands-on component. TB test within the last 12 months. Reliable transportation.
Preferred but not mandatory:
six months of hands-on nursing experience.
