The Wellness Director is responsible for overseeing resident care services, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating healthcare needs and supporting clinical staff to provide exceptional care. The ideal candidate must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and have prior experience in assisted living facility.
Qualifications Required:
Experience as a Wellness Director, Resident Care Coordinator Current, active LPN license in the State of Florida Must be able to multi-task in Clinical, Census Building, Move-in Welcoming, & Staffing Must love to make a difference in the care of elderly patients Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living. Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience. Knowledge of state ALF regulations and resident care standards. Current CPR/First Aid certification. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Requirements Employment is contingent uponsuccessful completionof a Florida AHCA Level 2 background screeningi in accordancewith state regulations.
