We are seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate homecare for pediatric patients with G-tube acuity in Gainesville.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering high-quality nursing care in patient homes. Maintaining electronic documentation via tablets. Collaborating with a team to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state. Current CPR certification and TB test within last 12 months.

Preferred but not required:

six months of hands-on nursing experience. Reliable transportation required.
