Role:
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting, including those with trach and high acuity needs. Ensure clinical outcomes through compassionate, empathetic homecare services. Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state. Current CPR certification with hands-on component. TB skin test within the last 12 months. Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic. Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
