Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team. Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing. Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with registered nurses and healthcare team to develop patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
Requirements:
Valid state of Florida LPN license. Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer proficiency for electronic health records. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. IV Certification BLS certification. Reliable transportation for patient visits.
