Principle Duties:
Admits new clients to private duty services and re-evaluates client needs. Develops the plan of care. Performs skilled nursing services as requested by the client and as prescribed by the healthcare practitioner. Communicates with the physician regarding the client's needs and reports any changes in the client's condition; obtains/receives physician's orders as required. Communicates with community staff to strategize about how to improve client outcomes. Performs supervisory visits to evaluate client's satisfaction with care and services provided.Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care or home care experience preferred but not required. Current RN/LPN licensure in the state. Current CPR certification. Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist. Has the ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services provided. Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision. Is kind, reliable, and compassionate.What We Offer:
