What You'll Do:
Enhance resident care by coordinating medical services and ensuring that residents receive personalized attention tailored to their needs. Foster strong communication among staff, families, and residents, creating a supportive environment that promotes trust and engagement. Use your expertise to drive staff training and development, leading to improved care practices and overall resident satisfaction.
What You'll Need:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License with the State of Minnesota Must be 18 year of age or older Previous experience in senior living is preferred but not required. Benefits Information for
