Outpatient Clinical Practice Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in Longwood, Florida. This position plays a vital role in supporting physicians, delivering high-quality patient care, and ensuring smooth daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAnswering and triaging telephone inquiries from patientsPerforming venipuncture and phlebotomy procedures under physician directionMaintaining accurate patient records, logs, and electronic health record (EHR) documentationAdministering medications, immunizations, EKGs, ear washes, and other clinical servicesAssisting providers with patient care and clinical proceduresMonitoring patient needs and ensuring exceptional patient serviceSupporting clinic workflow and maintaining compliance with established protocolsRequired QualificationsCurrent and active State of Florida Nursing LicensePrevious clinical nursing experience in a healthcare settingKnowledge of medical equipment and clinical proceduresStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to interact professionally with patients, providers, and staff at all levelsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Skills & AttributesFluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding EnglishExceptional customer service and patient care skillsProfessional telephone and communication etiquetteAbility to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong clerical and documentation skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervisionExcellent time management and organizational abilities Certification RequirementsActive State of Florida Nursing License (required) Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
