Responsibilities include:

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition Collaborate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Promote a safe, positive, and respectful environment for residents and staff QualificationsRequired Current Florida LPN license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care Preferred Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or other electronic medical record systems Schedule Full-Time 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Weekend and holiday rotation as scheduled If you're looking for more than just a job, a place where your skills are respected, your work is appreciated, and your career can grow, we encourage you to apply today!
