Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Paramedic Palm Coast, Florida Full-Time $21 per hour A leading healthcare provider is seeking experienced clinical professionals to deliver hands-on patient care in outpatient and community-based settings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient triage and record vital signs
  • Administer injections, IV treatments, and medications
  • Perform diagnostic testing (EKG, glucose, labs)
  • Assist providers with procedures and patient care
  • Coordinate prescriptions and communicate with pharmacies
  • Support patient care across clinic and home settings
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with protocols
Requirements:
  • Active LPN, EMT, or Paramedic license/certification
  • BLS certification required (ACLS a plus)
  • IV Certification/Experience preferred
  • 1+ year clinical experience preferred
