About the Role As an LPN in our Long‑Term Care and Rehab building, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with complex medical needs, rehabilitation goals, and ongoing chronic care. You'll work in a collaborative, team‑focused environment where clinical excellence and person‑centered care are at the heart of everything we do. What We're Looking For A passion for caring for elders and individuals with long‑term or rehabilitative needs A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration Experience in long‑term care, short‑term rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, or a healthcare facility Valid Florida LPN license Current CPR certification IV certification preferred Additional Requirements This position requires Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law.
