HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this Licensed Practical Nurse opportunity within a long-term care and skilled nursing environment. This role requires dependable clinicians who are experienced in long-term care, capable of delivering compassionate resident-focused care, and committed to maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards in a fast-paced inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor residents for changes in condition and escalate concerns appropriately Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate effectively with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams Respond to resident needs and emergency situations professionally and efficiently Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and organizational policies and procedures Support continuity of care and positive resident outcomes within a skilled nursing setting Required Qualifications (Highly Important) Active Florida LPN license Proven experience within skilled nursing, long-term care, or nursing home environments Strong medication administration and resident assessment skills Ability to work efficiently within a team-oriented clinical environment Strong communication and documentation abilities Stable and consistent employment history Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued) Experience in high-volume skilled nursing facilities Background in long-term care inpatient environments Strong resident-centered care approach Experience managing multiple patient priorities efficiently Familiarity with electronic documentation systems HireNow Disqualifiers Jumpy or unstable employment history Acute care-only backgrounds (ER, Med Surg, hospital-only experience) No skilled nursing or long-term care experience Poor documentation or communication practices Inability to work collaboratively within a team-based care setting HireNow Checklist HireNow Staffing is recruiting candidates who align with the following: Active Florida LPN license Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required Strong medication administration and documentation skills Compassionate, resident-centered care mindset Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced inpatient setting Reliable attendance and stable work history Strong teamwork and communication abilities

HireNow Package Compensation:

$32.00 - $38.00/hour base + $2.00/hour shift differential
