Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians Monitor resident conditions and report changes or concerns to the nursing staff and/or physicians Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment Promote resident dignity, comfort, and well-being through exceptional customer service
