Territory:
West Central Broward County:
Tamarac, Sunrise, Plantation, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding areas. Join a team led by clinicians, for clinicians. Clinician-to-Clinician Support:
Work with a veteran DON who understands the realities of field nursing and provides expert guidance on complex cases.

We pay set flat rates per completed visit, to respect your time and travel.

We utilize Kinnser (WellSky) for streamlined charting. What You'll Do as an
LPN:
Patient Care:
Provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy to geriatric patients in their homes.
Care Plans:
Implement and follow treatment plans established by the supervising RN.
Timely Documentation:
Chart patient progress and treatment responses accurately and efficiently.
RN Collaboration :
Coordinate and communicate patient status regularly with the supervising RN.
What You Need:
License:
Active Florida Registered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
License Certification:
Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Transportation:
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Software:
Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus! for immediate consideration. Our clinical leadership is reviewing applications daily to get field clinicians started asap!
