The contractor LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, safety, and comfort while receiving professional medical support. This role involves monitoring patient health, assisting with treatments, coordinating with caregivers and families, and communicating with physicians or supervising nurses regarding patient care plans. The ideal candidate is caring, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving the quality of life for individuals who wish to remain in their homes.
