We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure our patients receive the best possible care. As an LPN at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments Provide emotional support and companionship to our patients and residents
Requirements:
Current LPN license in the state of Florida High school diploma or equivalent required One year of experience as an LPN preferred Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
