Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Vivo Healthcare Wauchula, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, registered nurses, and rehabilitation therapists, to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
