The nurse will assist with HCHB back-office operations and perform home-health visits.

Required Experience:

Homecare Homebase back-office operations Intake and scheduling PointCare documentation OASIS and start-of-care assessments Skilled nursing home visits Active Florida RN license Responsibilities include processing referrals, scheduling visits, completing OASIS admissions, monitoring incomplete or untransmitted visits, tracking physician orders, and assisting with accurate, timely clinical documentation.

Schedule:

Approximately 1-3days per week initially

Location:

West Palm Beach and surrounding Palm Beach County areas

Pay:

$40-$60 per hour, based on experience

Position:

Part-time, per diem employee—or a consulting position A highly experienced LPN may also be considered for HCHB intake, scheduling, PointCare, and other duties within the LPN scope of practice.
